I would like all human beings to receive YURU Care Exercise’s benefits in order to gain the true knowledge, true love, and true happiness of their physical self which are universal for all mankind, as well as to gain the true love for the planet and humanity, and also I would like to realize world peace founded on the strength of the true knowledge, true love, and true happiness of their physical self, as well as the true love for the planet and humanity that spread to all mankind. I am certain that these are what I should devote my life to as contribution to my fellow mankind. There’s nothing that would make me happier as a developer than having you, your family, your friends and your fellow citizens use YURU Theory to better understand your own bodies, human beings and YURU Care Exercise itself through practicing YURU Care Exercise.

We have created the instructions for YURU Care Exercise on this website with our strong desire to make the original forms we had developed in Japan understood easily by any visitors. Also, for your convenience, on this website I am planning to sequentially publish approximately 100 or more video tutorials for the exercises used in Japan.

For all of my fellow mankind, through this website I would like to share the systematic method of YURU Care Exercise, which utilizes the various “Kankai methods” that have been scientifically and philosophically developed with profound and careful elaboration. It powerfully alleviates brain and physical fatigue, which heightens the source of our health and ability in a most cost-effective manner. This provides the practitioners with the true knowledge, true love, and true happiness of their physical self, and the true love for the planet and humanity. I will share the details of YURU Care Exercise and the possibilities it holds in “What is YURU Care Exercise?” so please read that section as well. Then begin YURU Care Exercises with a hope for what the future holds. Academic definition of YURU Exercise and YURU Care Exercise

●Academic definition of YURU Exercise

YURU Exercise consists of the following core exercise methods: “Shaking and Loosening Method” (an exercise method to loosen the body by shaking the whole body or applied on each body part) , the “Pressing and Loosening Method” (an exercise method to loosen the body by applying pressure or gravity and a movement to a part of or the whole body), and the “Rubbing and Loosening Method” (an exercise method to loosen the body by rubbing a part of the body with the hands or feet) for various body parts.

YURU Exercise uses a compound exercise system including “Breathing Method,” “Acupoint Stimulation Method,” “Onomatopoeia Method,” “Pleasant phrase Method” (whisper “feels good” to stimulate pleasantness) and punning in “Humor Method” that induces laughing.

  • The instantaneous benefit of the exercise includes:
  • - Achievement of a high level of concentration and deep relaxation (this might happen simultaneously or sequentially) due to improved brain and body biochemical conditions,
  • - Enhanced blood and body fluid circulation and metabolism for the whole body or individual parts of the body,
  • - Active recovery from fatigue for the whole body or individual parts of the body, and
  • - Improved brain and body coordination and improvement of inner muscle activity by applying “Kankai” (Loosening and Relaxing) for the whole body or individual parts of the body.

The goal is to achieve all of these benefits with an extremely small amount of exercise.

  • - Elimination of extreme and chronic fatigue,
  • - Sleep improvement,

    YURU Care Exercise is an exercise method based on the care to loosen and relax the body using various methods. The purpose of YURU Care Exercise varies from prevention and treatment of illnesses to development of advanced of health condition and physical ability. It is a system of logically constructed exercise methods, breathing methods, muscular training and other various exercises.
